Grana Padano D.O.P. (P.D.O. = Protected Designation of Origin) is a semi-fat hard cheese, cooked and slowly matured, produced from the raw milk of cows whose basic feed is green fodder.

Grana Padano without preservatives.
This cheese presents itself like the classic GRANA PADANO DOP, although its processing and composition make it a unique product.
No lysozyme fermentation inhibitors (natural protein) are used in the production of this Grana Padano. Its composition makes it an artisanal product, an aspect that distinguishes it from a classic Grana Padano.
The product is available with a minimum maturing period of 20 months.
It is ideal as an accompaniment to first courses, such as pasta dishes and risotto, but it is also very good for topping salads, carpaccios and crudités.
