BIO Carrots, in the skin

The carrot (or also called carrot) is one of the oldest known vegetables. The original variety of the well-known vegetable actually has a color mixture of violet and orange (also available in Germany during the German season!). Today it is usually available in orange, has a firm/crunchy texture and a fresh, slightly sweet aroma.

The possible uses of the carrot are very versatile and it can be found in every kitchen in the world.
