The two Swiss classics are incredibly cheesy, easily digestible, organic, made from all-natural ingredients, and produced according to traditional Swiss cheese-making processes.
New Roots was founded in 2015 in the heart of the Swiss Alps by Freddy and Alice, two young ethical vegans with a passion for justice … and cheese. They began experimenting with making plant-based milk from different nuts and seeds and fermented it in their farmhouse kitchen. Before they knew it, they were creating the cheese traditions of the future.
