The Colomba with Apricot and Salted Caramel is made with only natural sourdough and the dough undergoes a 48-hour double rising.

It is not a traditional Colomba cake, but a cake for the adventurous and demanding palate.

We fill it with candied apricots and salted caramel. It is covered with an icing enriched with almonds. The consistency is soft, the taste is elegant but strong. It is a rich but very digestible Colomba cake, made thanks to the use of first quality raw materials and a long leavening technique. It is completely free of preservatives, semi-finished products, flavors and vegetable fats.

Since 1882 it has been made 100% by hand and with passion, in full respect of tradition.
