The summer or Burgundy truffle has a scent of forest floor and exudes an intense, fine, unique scent of mushrooms. Because of their noble taste, they are also called black diamonds. Truffles are often used as a spicy ingredient to refine culinary dishes. With a creamy base like the Mini Duc, the fine truffle aroma comes into its own. The truffle strip gives the cheese its irresistible aroma. A culinary highlight.

Please note: White mold is typical due to an optimal microclimate for the development of white noble mold, so that it continues to develop after the decorative label has been applied and the fluff eventually "grows" slightly over the liner.

Since 1969, the family business has been offering a range of high-quality fresh and soft cheese specialties, which are produced from carefully selected milk according to traditional recipes.
