It all began in 1980 with a small business in the heart of Merano, where bacon was produced using traditional methods and according to a traditional family recipe. Over the years, the business has grown steadily, but despite all the growth, the Pfitscher butcher's shop has always remained true to its core values and is pleased that its customers locally and around the world appreciate the quality of the meat and sausages, which are not least an expression of rural traditions and original way of life.
Every day, it combines craftsmanship and tradition to create products that are impeccable in terms of taste and quality, which do not contain any gluten, dyes or milk and its by-products and, with their incomparable aroma, are reminiscent of the "good old days".
