This wonderful Portuguese olive oil from the Olival da Risca brand is made from the Cobrançosa, Verdeal Trasmontana and Madural olive varieties.

The taste is clear and round, with vegetal notes of artichoke, wild chicory, lettuce, as well as unripe tomatoes, almonds and pepper. The colour is clear, intense gold with delicate green tones.

Olival da Risca is a relatively young, dynamic and very successful olive farm in Portugal. It was founded in 2007 and is located near the town of Serpa in the southern Alentejo region on the border with Spain. It is run by two Swiss families and has specialised in organically grown olive oil in Demeter quality for a decade.

The olive farm was recently awarded the "Top Farm" 2022 with the highest Flos Olei rating of 98 points for Portuguese olive oil producers. In 2021, it was also named "Top Farm" with 98 points.
