Dürüm with Plant-Based Kebab
as your favourite fast food now also plant-based from The Green Mountain. Our kebab is perfectly marinated, finely seasoned and thus offers authentic taste and bite. Whether classic in flatbread, wrapped in Yufka or tasty tuned in the döner box – it not only looks like döner, it tastes at least as good.

Dürüm with Plant-Based Kebab
2 packs The Green Mountain»-Plant-Based Kebab
200 g flour
90 g water
10 g olive oil
160 g crème fraîche alternative
120 g tomato
120 g romaine lettuce
140 g tomato
80 g red cabbage
80 g white cabbage
2 onions
3 cloves garlic
A little lemon juice
A little Ras el Hanout spice
A little oil, salt, pepper
How to make it:
1. For the dürüm dough, put the flour, water, olive oil and salt in a bowl and mix to form a dough. Tip the roughly mixed dough onto a floured work surface and knead well for a few minutes. Then let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
2. With a little extra flour, roll out flat and round with a rolling pin. Then bake the flatbreads in a hot pan without oil on both sides for about 1-2 minutes.
3. Mix crème fraîche alternative with finely chopped garlic, salt and Ras el Hanout to make a sauce.
4. Fry The Green Mountain Plant-Based Kebab in a pan for a few minutes over medium heat.
5. Spread out the dürüm flatbread and spread with ajvar in the lower third of the flatbread. Spread lettuce leaves on the ajvar. Add plant-based kebab, cabbage, tomatoes and onions. Spread crème fraîche sauce over it.
6. Fold the left side 2 cm from the flatbread in the lower third. Roll up the dürüm and roll it in aluminium foil. Bake again briefly in the oven.
Tip: For that "extra" spiciness, add dried chilli flakes to the filling.
Environmental tip: Baking paper is the more environmentally friendly alternative to aluminium foil
