Less sugar, more fruit, better taste: The new line of Staud's "1/3 less sugar" includes fruit spreads that are finely strained and have a whole third less sugar than classic jams. In addition to the classic varieties of raspberry or apricot, there are also more exotic varieties such as peach or sweet and sour cherry.

It all started with apricot compote and pickled gherkins. The roots go back to a fruit and vegetable wholesaler from 1883. Hans Staud founded the company STAUD'S Wien in 1971 and began to refine fruit and vegetables in the middle of the 16th Viennese district of Ottakring. This is exactly where production is still carried out today in the STAUD'S factory using both traditional craftsmanship and state-of-the-art technology. The selected fruit and vegetable varieties come primarily from Austria or are sourced from where they thrive best. This ensures that every product is of the highest quality, so that only the best taste from Vienna is exported to the whole world.
