Three generations full of craftsmanship and passion
In a small village in Eastern Anatolia, amidst rolling hills and blossoming pistachio trees, a special journey began over 75 years ago. Ismail Hakkı, a young confectioner with a heart full of dreams and an incredible flair for sweet delicacies, created the Çelik family's first family recipe for Baklava, which still inspires today. In his small bakery, it smelled of pistachios and melted butter, while he filled layer after layer of wafer-thin dough with nuts and spices – a ritual that was sacred to him.

The love of detail and the passion for perfection shaped not only his art, but also his family. His son Ahmet, whose nickname since childhood has been Efendi, and his wife Yüksel, followed in his footsteps and spent countless hours at Ismail Hakkı's side, learning the secret of the perfect filling and the gentle rolling of the dough. But Ahmet and Yüksel brought more than just tradition with them: they added modern accents, refined the recipe and made the small bakery known beyond the village borders.

Today, Barış, Ismail's grandson, runs the factory. He has carried the values and knowledge of his ancestors into the present day.
