Use/Application/Recommended intake

We recommend drinking at least 2 cups of this tea daily.

• Preparation: Pour fresh, bubbling boiling water over 1 filter bag for one cup.
• Steeping time: 8 minutes.
• Important note: Always pour on bubbling boiling water and let it steep according to the preparation instructions (see above). This is the only way to obtain a safe food.
