Always take Nomon mono capsules exactly as directed by your doctor. Please ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure. Unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor, adults should take 1 hard capsule 3 times a day. Please take the capsules unopened and unchewed with sufficient liquid (approx. 1 glass of water) after meals. Nomon mono capsules is not intended for use in children and adolescents under 18 years of age. Nomon mono capsules should not be taken for longer than 12 weeks without consulting a doctor or pharmacist. If you have taken more Nomon mono capsules than you should
