Taking Vitamin B1-ratiopharm 200 mg with other medicines
Inform your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking, have recently taken or intend to take any other medicines. Vitamin B1-ratiopharm 200 mg loses its effect when taken at the same time as the cancer drug (cytostatic) 5-fluorouracil. Antacids reduce the absorption of vitamin B1. Alcohol and black tea reduce the absorption of vitamin B1. Vitamin B1 can be broken down and thus rendered ineffective when consumed at the same time as drinks containing sulphites, such as wine.Pregnancy and breast-feeding
