Use/application/recommended intake

Stir 1 - 2 measuring spoons of OMNi-BiOTiC 6 into 1/8 l water daily, wait at least 10 minutes for the activation time, stir again and then drink. It is recommended to take it in the morning before breakfast and/or in the evening shortly before going to bed.

Important information

Free from animal protein, gluten, yeast and lactose. Suitable for diabetics, milk allergy sufferers, children, pregnancy/breastfeeding. OMNi-BiOTiC 6 can also be taken during pregnancy and is already suitable for babies. If you suffer from fructose intolerance, you should extend the activation time to at least 30 minutes. During this time, the bacteria metabolise all the fructooligosaccharides. This means that no fructose enters the intestine.

The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of small children.
