1. WHAT ARE IMUPRET N DROPS AND WHAT ARE THEY USED FOR?
IMUPRET N drops is a traditional herbal medicinal product. IMUPRET N drops is traditionally used at the first signs and during a cold, e.g. scratching in the throat, sore throat, difficulty swallowing, coughing.
Note: IMUPRET N drops is a traditional herbal medicinal product that is registered for the area of application exclusively on the basis of many years of use.
2. WHAT SHOULD YOU CONSIDER BEFORE TAKING IMUPRET N DROPS?
IMUPRET N drops MUST NOT be taken
- if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to marshmallow root, chamomile flowers, horsetail herb, walnut leaves, yarrow herb, oak bark, dandelion herb or any of the other ingredients of IMUPRET N drops (other ingredients see under item 6 FURTHER INFORMATION).Special care should be taken when taking IMUPRET N drops: If symptoms of illness persist or if side effects other than those mentioned in the package leaflet occur, you should consult a doctor or other qualified person in a medical profession. If symptoms persist for more than one week or if shortness of breath, fever, or purulent or bloody sputum occurs, a doctor should be consulted.
Children: IMUPRET N drops should not be given to children under 2 years of age.
Taking IMUPRET N drops with other medicines: Please inform your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking/using or have recently taken/used any other medicines, even if they are non-prescription medicines. When using preparations containing oak bark, the absorption of alkaloids and other basic drugs can be reduced or prevented. This medicinal product has not been investigated in this regard. There are no reports of clinical interactions between IMUPRET N drops and other medicinal products.
Taking IMUPRET N drops with food and drink: Not applicable.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding: Safety during pregnancy and breast-feeding has not been investigated.

This medicinal product contains 19% (V/V) alcohol.3. HOW TO TAKE IMUPRET N DROPS?
Always take IMUPRET N drops exactly as described in this leaflet. Please ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure. The usual dose is
- Children under 2 years: Not intended for use.- Children from 2-5 years: Single dose 10 drops, total daily dose 30-60 drops.
- Children from 6-11 years: Single dose 15 drops, total daily dose 45-90 drops.
- Adolescents from 12 years of age and adults: Single dose 25 drops, total daily dose 75-150 drops.
In acute illnesses, the single dose is taken 5-6 times a day and 3 times a day when symptoms improve. 25 drops correspond to 1.4 ml of medicine. For specific dosage recommendations in case of impaired renal/hepatic function, there is insufficient data.
Method of administration: It has proven effective to keep the drops in the mouth for a while before swallowing them. If necessary, the drops can be taken at the same time with some liquid (e.g. a glass of water). Hold the bottle upright to remove.

4. WHAT SIDE EFFECTS ARE POSSIBLE?

Possible side effects: Allergic reactions (skin rash, circulatory problems) may occur. As with all herbal medicines, IMUPRET N drops may become cloudy during prolonged storage.
