The sweet potato falafel from Bauck Mühle combine classic chickpeas with trendy sweet potatoes. Spicy curry powder and a hint of garlic round off the taste. Preparing the sweet potato falafel is as easy as usual: simply stir the mixture into hot water, let it swell briefly, and form into balls. Then just deep-fry in plenty of hot oil – and they're ready.

We mill the chickpeas for our sweet potato falafel, as with all our falafel mixtures, directly in our own mill. This also allows us to guarantee the gluten-free nature of the mixture.
