The Baldauf affineurs were among the first to sprinkle flowers on cheese wheels - not only for the beautiful appearance, but above all for the aroma. In this respect, the organic wild flower cheese is nothing more and nothing less than an original! This semi-hard cheese, made from natural organic hay milk with a fine, edible red smear rind and refined with selected herbs and flowers from controlled organic cultivation, seduces eyes, nose, and palate.

The cheese is gluten- and lactose-free, as well as silage-free, without glyphosate, genetic engineering, or preservatives. All ingredients come from certified organic cultivation.
