About the Producer:

Behind Grasland Wagyu are two family-run breeding farms from Baden-Württemberg: Steinachtal Agrar and Wagyu Bodensee. Both farms are dedicated to breeding 100% Fullblood Wagyu cattle and place particular emphasis on species-appropriate husbandry and sustainable agriculture. The cattle graze on extensive pastures and receive natural feeding, which positively impacts meat quality.
