Tante Fanny Pizza Recipes
Preparation time: Approx. 10 minutes
Baking time: approx. 20 minutes
Top/Bottom heat: 220°C
Fan oven: 200°C
Ingredients for 1 Pizza Tutto:
- 1 pkg. Tante Fanny Fresh Pizza Giant 600g
- 200 g pizza sauce
- 250 g mozzarella, roughly torn
- 5 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 slices of ham, halved
- 60 g corn
- 1 small red onion, in wedges
- 6 slices of salami
- 1 small pointed pepper, deseeded, cut into strips
- Some rocket and basil leaves

Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 220 °C top/bottom heat. Process the dough directly from the refrigerator
and unroll it with the included baking paper directly onto the baking tray.
2. Spread the dough with tomato sauce, leaving a 1 cm border.
3. Top the pizza with mozzarella. Top one third with cherry tomatoes, one third with
ham, corn and onion, and the last third with salami and pepper.
4. Bake the pizza in the oven for approx. 20 min. on the middle rack until golden brown.
5. After baking, top with fresh basil and rocket.
Tip: Brush the edge of the dough with garlic oil after baking! To do this, mix 1 pressed
garlic clove with 3 tbsp olive oil.
