The combination of these ingredients carries a light mango flavor. Minimal oil or brine content. . . Customers come first for us, which is why we let all tapas – olives, peppers, dried tomatoes, figs, and dates – drain before packaging, so that oil or brine makes up a maximum of 5% of the packaging weight.
