Jamón is a traditional Spanish delicacy made from the hind leg of the white Iberico pig. Serrano ham traditionally matures slowly over several months during production. Pitted olives, marinated in a blend of sunflower oil and wine vinegar. The black olives from the Greek region of Kalamata are known for their pointed, elongated shape. They are pleasantly firm and juicy to the bite – a taste reminiscent of Greece. Gouda is a traditional Dutch cheese. It has a semi-firm texture and is made from the highest quality pasteurized cow's milk. During production, it matures for several months to achieve its typical yellow color. It has a sweet buttery taste with nutty notes and a semi-firm consistency. Despite careful control, the presence of pits cannot be excluded.
