1) Preheat oven. Convection: 160ºC, Top/Bottom heat: 180 ºC
2) Remove the cookie balls from the foil.
3) Place cookie balls on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
* Ensure sufficient space between the cookie balls!
4) Bake for approx. 11-14 minutes.
5) After baking, let cool for approx. 5 minutes. The cookies are very soft initially!
Ovens may vary, so you should adjust baking time and temperature as needed.
