Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP
The Bordolese Balsamico is a young balsamic vinegar, aged for about four years in old oak barrels. It has a thin consistency and is characterized by a beautiful acidity and a spicy aroma. It smells of ripe grapes and spices as well as the aroma of old wooden barrels, on the palate the Aceto is intense, fresh and harmoniously seasoned with its fine sweetness. The "black gold" from Modena can be used universally.

Since the seventeenth century, the Giusti family has been producing balsamic vinegar in Modena and passing on a recipe that creates a complex harmony of flavors and a globally appreciated product of excellence.
The production of an exceptional balsamic vinegar depends on competence, experience and attention to detail and the long aging period. Proud of a know-how refined in 400 years of family history, Giusti combines both respect for tradition with local entrepreneurial responsibility and a modern and sustainable production philosophy.
Today represented by Claudio Francesca and Luciano, who run the company today, the history of the Giusti family is inextricably linked to the region. For centuries, the production of balsamic vinegar had an exclusively private character within the family and was intended not only for private consumption, but also for the most important gifts. The private Acetaia, which is considered an essential part of the family heritage, was therefore given great importance. The vinegar master was a family member, someone who had learned the secrets of this discipline as a child. An ancient story that continues to this day and is passed on from generation to generation.
