Preparation Recommendation:
Pierce the film several times with a fork. Heat the tray with film in the microwave (2 min at 800 watts) or in a preheated oven (15 min at 120 degrees). The tray and film are heat-resistant. Our trays and films are made from rPET and are 100% recyclable.

The team consists of siblings Sabine & Christian Kroiß, a combination of their passions, hunting and cooking. Christian is an experienced chef and has worked, among other places, at Tantris in Munich. For over ten years, he has run the Landgasthof Zeidlmaier in the Hallertau. He was also seen on television as a finalist on “The Taste” (2017) on Sat1. Sabine is also a passionate hunter and manages the sales business at Munich's Viktualienmarkt.
