His pulled wild boar is gently braised, refined with fine spices, and comes to your home ready-prepared – including sourdough bun, coleslaw, rocket, sauces, and grated Parmesan.

It's that simple:
Bake the bun in the oven at 200 °C for approx. 5 minutes as desired. Heat the pulled boar meat in a pot or microwave. Then arrange the meat, sauce, coleslaw, rocket, and Parmesan on the bottom half of the bun – put the lid on and enjoy!

The team consists of siblings Sabine & Christian Kroiß, a combination of their passions: hunting and cooking. Christian is an experienced chef and has worked, among other places, at Tantris in Munich. For over ten years, he has run the Landgasthof Zeidlmaier in the Hallertau. He was also seen on television as a finalist on "The Taste" (2017) on Sat1. Sabine is also a passionate hunter and runs the sales business at Munich's Viktualienmarkt.
