Our new organic buttermilk drink lemon now has less sugar with full fruit flavor. It is refined with lemon peel. This makes it taste particularly fruity and refreshing. It has less than 1% fat and is therefore a low-fat thirst quencher, especially for the beautiful summer days.

Together we create habitat

As an organic dairy, a good coexistence between people and nature is particularly important to us. That's why we started the initiative "Die Weide lebt!" (The pasture lives!) with which we, together with our farmers, sustainably protect and strengthen the biodiversity on our pastures, meadows and fields in the region. 
Our goal is to transform at least 20% of the areas on all farms into high-quality habitats for biodiversity. To this end, we are implementing numerous nature conservation measures together with our farmers.

As a purely organic dairy, we live transparency and love unadulterated organic enjoyment. Our organic farmers keep their cows in a species-appropriate manner, with plenty of space to roam and exclusively ecologically produced feed. At our two locations in the north and east of Germany, we sustainably process the valuable milk into high-quality, cultivation-certified organic products such as organic drinking milk, organic butter, organic yogurt and organic cheese.
