Sauvignon Blanc in the style of New Zealand
A typical Sauvignon Blanc, which inspires with its distinctive aroma of gooseberry, hay and green apple. The ideal companion on warm summer evenings on the terrace or with light salads and grilled fish.

In the home of the Weingut Wasem, the Ingelheimer Grund, the beginnings of viticulture reach back to the early first millennium. Since only particularly favourable locations and soils are suitable for viticulture, it has been a privilege from the very beginning to cultivate vines and produce wines. The family has been dedicated to viticulture for a long time, the first documented evidence of which dates back to 1726. Julius Wasem laid the foundation for the winery in its modern form in 1912. He set up the winery in the old noble seat in the Edelgasse and, as the first producer to bottle and market his own wines, set an example for Ingelheim.

The sons inherited the passion, generation after generation. It was not only about maintaining and developing an economically sound business, the commitment always went a step further than pure necessity would have required. Always driven by a special feeling for wine.
