A tempting plant-based bowl in Asian style with chili. Light combination of fried tofu in sweet and sour chili sauce, crunchy salad and fried mushrooms. Rice, cooked sweet beetroot and a slightly sweet peanut-flavored miso sauce round off the whole thing perfectly. Your stomach will be delighted and the cow is still alive. Our plant-based dishes make you full, but not tired.

This is the hit. There really is no meat in it, and we swear by the taste. We put this bowl together with Julia Ulrich, our fantastic chef. She taught us how to make plant-based dishes so delicious that you want to try more of them, even if you are a meat fan. As Julia says, she founded The Green Garden to convince people who normally eat meat that they don't have to eat meat every day. And what can we say? Julia's food looks fantastic and tastes even better.

How did we manage to make the food taste so good even though it doesn't contain any meat, you ask? Julia doesn't want to compromise on her recipes, so we use a meat alternative in this bowl. And why? It tastes great.
About The Green Garden...
The founder of The Green Garden, Julia, actually wanted to study art history and Spanish. But at some point she had the idea for a vegan-vegetarian restaurant. She collected all the food trends and turned them into vegan specialties. She founded a successful vegan restaurant in Salzburg, which is also popular with meat eaters, and turned her restaurant into a successful online business during the Covid19 pandemic.
