The Green Garden & Knuspr.de Sea ya! No-Salmon Bagel VEGAN
A high-quality, plant-based bagel sprinkled with poppy and sesame seeds is filled with a marinated and briefly cooked carrot that contains no salmon. The bagel is spread with plant-based mayonnaise with lemon juice and Dijon mustard and then topped with crispy red onions. Our spread lets the salmon swim away and still tastes so good. And what's the magic? Nori seaweed perhaps? Or are the carrots simply born that way? Who knows, try it for yourself. Treat yourself to this plant-based specialty from our kitchen. Our plant-based dishes will fill you up, but not weigh you down.

This is the best. There really is no fish in it, and we swear by the taste. We prepared this sandwich together with Julia Ulrich, our great chef. She taught us how to prepare plant-based dishes that are so delicious that you will want to try more of them, even if you love meat. As Julia says, she founded The Green Garden to convince people who normally eat meat that they don't have to eat meat every day. And what can we say? Julia's food looks fantastic and tastes even better.
After trying Julia's dishes, we decided to launch a new, 100% plant-based line for Knuspr.de with her as head chef. Julia teaches us how to prepare her dishes.

How did we manage to make it taste so good, even though it contains no fish, you ask? Julia refuses to compromise in her recipes and therefore always selects only the perfect ingredients. And why? Because they taste great.
About The Green Garden...
The founder of The Green Garden, Julia, actually wanted to study art history and Spanish. But at some point she had the idea for a vegan-vegetarian restaurant. She collected all the food trends and turned them into vegan specialties. She founded a successful vegan restaurant in Salzburg, which is also popular with meat-eaters, and turned her restaurant into a successful online business during the Covid19 pandemic.
