Sodium bicarbonate neutralizes acids, softens mildly alkaline. The tried and tested household remedy! Kaiser-Natron binds and neutralizes all acids, converts them into neutral salts and effervescent carbonic acid, and is also mildly alkaline. Pure sodium bicarbonate, also known as double-carbonated soda, (sodium) bicarbonate or baking soda.
