Our chocolate Colomba is made only with natural sourdough and the dough undergoes a 48-hour double leavening.
White, milk and dark chocolate are mixed together to create a unique explosion of flavours.
The texture is soft, the taste is elegant but strong, not too sweet on the palate, as the dark chocolate mitigates the sweetness of the white and milk chocolate. It is a rich but very digestible Colomba cake, thanks to the use of first quality raw materials and a long leavening time. It is completely free of preservatives, semi-finished products, flavourings and vegetable fats.
Since 1882 it has been made 100% by hand and with passion, in full respect of tradition.
