Rustichella d'Abruzzo has been producing the finest pasta since 1924. According to old tradition, the pasta is made from high-quality durum wheat and fresh spring water from the Abruzzo region. The dough is pulled through bronze plates and gently dried for up to 50 hours at a low temperature. This creates an excellent pasta with bite and full-bodied flavor.
