Rustichella d'Abruzzo Spaghetti with Lemon and Pepper - This durum wheat pasta is seasoned with lemon oil, lemon powder and black pepper. It tastes pure, with a medium-fruity olive oil and a handful of fresh, chopped parsley, but also with seafood such as shrimp, scallops and white fish.
Rustichella d'Abruzzo has been producing the finest pasta since 1924. According to old tradition, the pasta is made from high-quality durum wheat and fresh spring water from the Abruzzo region. The dough is pulled through bronze plates and gently dried for up to 50 hours at a low temperature. This creates an excellent pasta with bite and full-bodied flavor.
