Rustichella d'Abruzzo Spaghetti - The translation of the most famous Italian pasta shape means "small strings". With their rough surface, these spaghetti are particularly suitable for absorbing light tomato sauces, aglio-olio-peperoncino, and oil-based and butter sauces in general, finely chopped vegetables and herbs. In southern Italy, people like to plane Bottarga over it. Made from the best, particularly protein-rich durum wheat semolina and the soft spring water from Abruzzo, which has made Rustichella pasta so famous.
Rustichella d'Abruzzo has been producing the finest pasta since 1924. According to old tradition, the pasta is made from high-quality durum wheat and fresh spring water from the Abruzzo region. The dough is pulled through bronze plates and gently dried at a low temperature for up to 50 hours. This creates an excellent pasta with bite and a full-bodied taste.
