Ländle Raclette Pepper, sliced
Its trademark: the bar shape. It is easy to portion and the slices fit exactly into the pan of the raclette oven. Ländle Raclette is made from the best fresh Alpine milk and matured and cared for in a traditional and artisanal way.
Our Raclette with peppercorns is refined with exquisite green Madagascar pepper, which gives it its slightly peppery, spicy taste. Ländle Raclette with peppercorns matures for three months in the natural rind, which is of course also edible.
About the supplier

Vorarlberg Milch is a registered cooperative owned by around 500 Vorarlberg farmers.
Vorarlberg consists of 47% alpine pasture and small-scale agriculture. The average herd size is 17-19 cows. Our farmers still know their cows by name.
The variety of herbs and grasses makes our milk unique. If you know the beauty of our "Ländle", it is quite natural that the best Alpine milk comes from here.
Only milk from Vorarlberg is processed into excellent dairy products and cheese specialities.
