Wraps with Baldauf organic alpine cheese
Ingredients:
For the wraps (6 people)
180g flour
90ml water
1TL salt
2 ½ EL oil
For the filling:
1000 g green asparagus
150 g dried tomatoes
150 g rocket
100 g Baldauf organic alpine cheese
6 EL herb cream cheese
Preparation:
1. Mix the ingredients for the flatbread, form flatbreads and bake in a pan on both sides without oil.
2. Peel the green asparagus and cook in plenty of salted water for 10 minutes until al dente.
3. Chop the dried tomatoes, rocket and Baldauf alpine cheese
4. Spread the wrap with herb cream cheese and roll up the remaining ingredients.
