Forget Tea-Time – it’s Beer o’ Clock! And with everything that goes with it: berries, orange, toffee. ÜberQuell's declared goal: to make the English even paler – out of envy of an English original made in Germany!

An aromatic Ale with 5.3% vol., 39 IBU (International Bitter Units) and 12% original wort. A harmonious body, which is perfectly complemented by the fruity citrus notes and a hint of caramel and toffee.

ÜberQuell is more than craftsmanship and the German Purity Law. It is North German coolness, which creates handmade beers in the in-house brewery. Seven a year, each different, each special. In addition, there are always seasonals and limited editions on top.

ÜberQuell stands for honest, handmade beers and a relaxed, colourful get-together. The harbour and St. Pauli are the home of the brewery. ÜberQuell means inspiration.
