It is a Panettone filled with white chocolate, combined with our artisanal pistachio cream. It has a double sourdough process of more than 48 hours and an extremely soft texture with a taste that perfectly suits the needs of those with a sweet tooth. It contains no preservatives, semi-finished products, flavourings, or vegetable fats. It is 100% artisanal and has therefore been handmade with passion since 1882.

The classic Panettone is the traditional Panettone cake. It is made exclusively from natural sourdough, and the dough undergoes a 72-hour double fermentation. They are refined with Australian 5-Crown raisins and candied oranges. Inside, you will find small black specks of Tahitian Bourbon vanilla. Panettone is a rich yet highly digestible cake, thanks to the use of high-quality raw materials and long fermentation techniques. The Panettone is completely free of preservatives, flavourings, and vegetable fats.
