Our organic butter refined with slightly smoked honey and mustard: Sweet, spicy, smoky!

Serving suggestion:

1. With cheese platters: Serve the butter as part of a cheese platter. The sweet and spicy note goes well with various types of cheese, especially with mild hard cheese or goat cheese.

2. As a dip: Use the butter as a dip for vegetable sticks, pretzels or crackers. The combination of sweet honey and spicy mustard gives your snacks an interesting flavour.

3. As a marinade: Use the butter mixture as a marinade for meat, especially for chicken or pork. Let the meat soak in the butter for a few hours before frying or grilling it.

4. For baked vegetables: Melt the butter slightly and pour it over baked vegetables such as carrots, Brussels sprouts or sweet potatoes. The sweet and spicy glaze gives the vegetables a special touch.

Production:

To make handmade butter, you need high-quality cream. Then let the cream come to room temperature and whip it until it turns into whipped cream. Continue beating until the butter separates from the buttermilk. Separate the butter and drain the buttermilk.

Then rinse the butter under cold water to remove the excess buttermilk. Then knead the butter to remove any remaining buttermilk. Shape the butter as desired and cool it to make it last longer.
