The concept of "Wilde Zeiten" is dictated by nature: Wild animals are a valuable, ecologically sound resource directly from our forests. Hunting is the opposite of factory farming – deer, roe deer, chamois, wild boar & Co. live in freedom until the end and feed on nature. Here you will find wild indulgence in all its facets, combined with impeccable craftsmanship and the highest quality.
In cooperation with regional butchers and in in-house production, they produce high-quality products from regional game meat.

The team consists of the siblings Sabine & Christian Kroiß, a combination of their passion for hunting and cooking. Christian is an experienced chef and has worked at the Tantris in Munich, among other places. For over ten years, he has run the Landgasthof Zeidlmaier in the Hallertau. On television, he was seen as a finalist on "The Taste" (2017) on Sat1. Sabine is also a passionate hunter and runs the sales shop at the Münchner Viktualienmarkt.
Storage conditions:
Store unopened unrefrigerated. After opening, store in the refrigerator and use within two days.
