Williams & Humbert Dry Sack Medium Sweet Solera Especial 15YO is an excellent Sherry with the controlled designation of origin DO Jerez - Xérèz - Sherry. For this exclusive Sherry, grapes of the Palomino and Pedro Ximenez varieties were processed with the greatest care. In the traditional Solera and Criadera process, it matures into a wonderfully smooth "Oloroso" or "Medium Sweet" Sherry. A beautifully amber-coloured, radiant Sherry is the result.

Its seductive, intense aroma with dried fruits, raisins, nuts and figs is already convincing on the nose. On the palate, it is incredibly harmonious and full-bodied, wonderfully sweet and lingers long in the finish. A great pleasure as an aperitif and for special moments, whether pure or on ice.

The Bodegas "Williams & Humbert" was founded in 1877 in Jerez de la Frontera in the province of Cádiz, one of the autonomous regions of Andalusia in southern Spain, by Sir Alexander Williams, a lover of Spanish wines in particular, and Arthur Humbert. This very fruitful business partnership led to one of the most prestigious producers of brandies and wines worldwide today. The basis for this worldwide reputation are the wine cellars of the Bodega, located in the golden triangle between Jerez de la Frontera, El Puerto de Santa Maria and Sanlúcar de Barrameda, a region characterised by its unique microclimate between the rivers Guadalquivir and Guadalete.
