Founded in 2010 by siblings Howard and Vivien Wong, Little Moons set out to make the Japanese delicacy of mochi accessible to all. Working with world-class chefs and drawing on their childhood understanding of mochi, they developed unique, frozen treats that have taken the UK confectionery market by storm. The exceptional rice balls with creamy ice cream filling have been available on the German market since 2020 and now also at knuspr.de.
