Fine grilling bacon, belly bacon, cold smoked and air-dried, sliced.
Raclette bacon made from fine belly bacon - well marbled and therefore perfect for raclette. Each slice has the ideal thickness of 1 mm for frying on the grill plate or for layering in the raclette pan.
Only the highest quality cuts of meat are rubbed with natural spices for the fine raclette bacon, dry-cured, gently smoked over beechwood and dried. This gives it its hearty flavour. The meat used comes 100% from Austria and has been awarded the AMA seal of approval.
