Duck Terrine with Sauternes
The Duck Terrine with Sauternes is a gourmet recipe made with duck meat and Sauternes, a French dessert wine, with delicate and fragrant notes. This combination of food and wine can be enjoyed during a country picnic.
Feyel was keen to create a product line in line with the ever-increasing consumer demand for delicatessen products that are produced with respect for animal welfare. With the help of partner farms and thanks to the expertise of its chefs, Feyel has developed a new, gentler process that makes it possible to produce products that can compete with traditional recipes. The product line has been completely reinvented, with a new design with natural colours that reflect the identity of the products. It is a real alternative to traditional pâté!

About the manufacturer:
The "Maison Feyel" was founded by Frédéric Feyel in 1811. He made the factory known beyond the borders of Alsace. The traditional recipes were enjoyed on the tables of the greatest imperial courts in Europe. In 1861, Emperor Napoleon III appointed Maison Feyel as the official purveyor to the court. Even today, Maison Feyel preserves the original secret of its recipes.
