Product description:
This is a sheep's cheese made exclusively from sheep's milk, which comes from certified areas of Tuscany, characterized by the scarcity of grass but rich in particularly aromatic ingredients such as "Nepitella" (mint), wild mint, thyme, "Rucola" and others.
It is produced according to the specifications of the Defense Consortium on the basis of traditional procedures. The product has an immediate taste and a pastorality and can be consumed from 20 days after its production.

Combinations that work:
-as an appetizer: it is recommended to enjoy with a red wine on a cutting board, accompanied by dried fruit and cold cuts
-In pasta: ravioli pasta with Pecorino Toscano DOP and sage.
-Salad: with green salad, Tuscan bread, Pecorino Toscano DOP, lime and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Storage:
Store at a temperature between +4°C and +14°C.

About the company:
It all began in 1925 in a small dairy in the old town of Siena. From then on, the name Morbidi became synonymous with "good food" for the locals. Over the years, the Morbidi family has always been able to innovate and take on challenges.
In the 1940s we started working with pork, followed by sheep's milk, in line with the oldest local traditions. Over the generations we have evolved into a modern company that pays attention to sustainability and a short supply chain, but we have never forgotten where we started: in a wonderful place that still welcomes anyone who crosses the heart of Siena.
