Chocolate cake with wild berry cream

Ingredients:
For the cake *
• 250g soft butter
• 125g sugar
• Vanilla sugar
• Rum
• 5 eggs
• 170g flour
• 50g dark chocolate powder
• Baking powder

* For the cream *
• 125g mascarpone
• 250g cream
• 125g wild berry yogurt
• 100g sugar

Preparation:
For the cake, beat the room-temperature butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy.
Slowly stir in the rum.
Mix the eggs one at a time into the butter-sugar mixture while stirring constantly.
In another bowl, mix the flour with the chocolate powder and baking powder. Carefully fold into the egg-butter mixture with a whisk. Bake at 180°C for about 1 hour.

In the meantime, whip the cream until stiff.
In another bowl, stir the mascarpone with the yogurt and sugar until smooth and fold in the whipped cream.
Let the cake cool completely.
Then cut in half twice and fill with the cream.
The cake can then be garnished with berries and chocolate cream or served as a naked cake.
