Yoghurt biscuits
Ingredients:
• 170 g butter
• 200 g sugar
• 1 vanilla sugar
• 2 eggs
• Juice of one lime
• 75 g Sterzing lemon yoghurt
• 350 g flour
• 3 tbsp cornflour
• 1 tsp baking powder

Preparation:
Cream butter with sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs until fluffy, stir in yoghurt and lime juice.
Mix flour, starch and baking powder and stir in.
Use 2 spoons to place small portions of dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake the biscuits in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 10 minutes.
Garnish with liquid chocolate.
