The mild kimchi
When it comes to kimchi, you either love it or you don't. In terms of taste, it is definitely one of the most intense products from Complete Organics.

It goes perfectly with rice, as a (cold or warm) side dish with Asian meals, as a topping for burgers & sandwiches...but the new kimchi can also be seen as an interesting change on the Bavarian bread time platter.
Recipe idea

Smashed potatoes with "the new kimchi" and vegan cheese
Ingredients
500 g small potatoes
150 g "the new kimchi"
50 g aged cheese alternative
4 tbsp olive oil
2 spring onions
Salt
Instructions
Boil potatoes in salted water for about 20-25 minutes until soft. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and add 2 tbsp olive oil. Add potatoes and flatten with a glass or similar. Add the remaining olive oil and salt lightly. Roast in the oven for about 30-40 minutes until golden brown - turn for the last 10 minutes.
In the meantime, cut the spring onion into thin slices.
