The Ginger Carrot
So simple and good that there's not much to say about it: Carrots and fresh ginger, a crunchy, fresh and sour taste experience and a colour that will blow you away.
Goes great as a (cold) side dish with rice or lentils as well as for composing salad creations – e.g. with oranges, frisée lettuce, pine nuts and orange balsamic dressing (tip: add sauce from our jar).

Recipe: Tabbouleh with Ginger Carrot
Ingredients:
150 g couscous
120 ml water
100 g ginger carrot
⅓ cucumber
2 spring onions
Handful of coriander
1 tsp black sesame
1 chilli
3 tbsp native sunflower oil
Salt, pepper
Instructions
–
Put the couscous in a large bowl, pour over boiling, lightly salted water and leave to swell for 10 minutes.
Dice the cucumber finely, slice the chilli and spring onions thinly and roughly chop the coriander.
Add everything to the finished couscous and mix in. Add the ginger carrots, pour over the native sunflower oil and mix. Season with salt and pepper and finally sprinkle with black sesame.

Industrially produced foods with artificial additives, unhealthy fats, lots of sugar, few nutrients and hardly any naturalness are actually only fun for the industry – less so for the environment and least of all for consumers.
With its vibrant natural products, completeorganics is taking a radical stand against this. They deliberately avoid pasteurisation (heating) and preservatives for shelf life – colouring or flavourings have no place in their ferments either.
