Terlan Chardonnay DOC 2021

Fresh Chardonnay with tropical fruit component

The single-varietal Chardonnay DOC 2020 from Cantina Terlan is hand-picked and selected. It is then gently pressed and the must is clarified by natural sedimentation of the solids. In the glass, it sparkles in a bright straw yellow. The ideal serving temperature for this white wine from the Italian South Tyrol is 10 to 12 °C.

It tastes great with vegetable risotto and cream soups made from root vegetables. It is also an excellent accompaniment to cheese dumplings or pasta dishes with cheese.

The Cantina Terlan winery was founded in 1893 and is now one of the most successful wine cooperatives in the whole of South Tyrol. It currently has 143 members and has a cultivation area of 190 hectares. This results in a total bottled quantity of 1.5 million bottles per year. Together with the members, a strict quality course has been pursued for many years, which has brought renown and recognition from the Italian and international wine market. Despite its manageable size, the Terlan winery has thus advanced to become a permanent institution in the professional world.
