Sauvignon Blanc from South Tyrol is a must
The Winkl Sauvignon DOC from Cantina Terlan is a fruity dry white wine from South Tyrol, which shines in the glass in a light yellow colour with a greenish shimmer. On the nose, it presents itself as extremely fruity with aromas of mandarins, apricots and passion fruit. The Winkl Sauvignon is best drunk at a temperature of approx. 8 to 10 °C.

It is a first-class accompaniment to cooked white asparagus or steamed green asparagus, but also to tuna carpaccio, young goat's cheese or smoked salmon.
Award: 93 points from James Suckling

The Cantina Terlan winery was founded in 1893 and is now one of the most successful wine cooperatives in the whole of South Tyrol. It currently has 143 members and has a cultivation area of 190 hectares. This results in a total bottled quantity of 1.5 million bottles per year. Together with the members, a strict quality course has been pursued for many years, which has brought renown and recognition from the Italian and international wine market. Despite its manageable size, the Cantina Terlan has thus advanced to become a permanent institution in the professional world.
